THEODORE LOVE
President
Theodore “Theo” Love has worked with GEEG since 2007 providing insights into the design, analysis, and implementation of energy efficiency and distributed energy resource programs and portfolios in twelve states, three Canadian provinces, and China. He has a particular focus on energy efficiency, decarbonization strategies, cost-effectiveness testing, financing, and building scalable tools to analyze everything from individual projects to programs to portfolios.

FRANCIS WYATT
Senior Partner, Founder
Francis Wyatt has worked in the energy efficiency field since 1992. His background in DSM program planning ranges from critiques and analysis to assistance with design and implementation. He has particular expertise in the commercial and industrial sectors, and in the development of cost-effectiveness screening and modeling. Francis co-founded the Green Energy Economics Group in 2005 with John J. Plunkett.

JOE NUNLEY
Partner
Joe has been in the energy efficiency industry since 2007. He started out owning his own energy auditing and weatherization company focused on Low-Income Weatherization. He sold his company in 2015 and started working for Puget Sound Energy in Seattle, Washington where he managed their energy efficiency trade ally network and worked with contractors spanning all things energy efficiency in residential and commercial. Following that, he moved back East to work for UGI Utilities to launch and manage their newly created Gas DSM portfolio of Residential and Commercial programs. Prior to joining GEEG, he served as the Vice President of Program Services for PSD Consulting, an Ithaca, NY based company focusing on program implementation throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
Joe is passionate about building science, energy equity, and intelligent program design. He holds a Building Analyst certification from the Building Performance Institute (BPI) and is an Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Lauren McFeeley
Senior Analyst
Lauren McFeeley recently joined Green Energy Economics Group as a Sr. Analyst. Lauren has worked in the energy efficiency industry since 2014, most recently as a Sr. Manager at PSD where she led a team focused on the development and implementation of QA/QC services for multiple utility and government energy efficiency programs. Additionally, Lauren has managed successful program launches and coordinated logistics for large residential energy studies in New York and Pennsylvania. She is an advocate for a data-driven approach to Quality Assurance.
Lauren is passionate about helping people achieve greater comfort in their living spaces. Lauren’s background is on communications and legislative affairs, though she now prefers diving headfirst into a good spreadsheet.
